Why is ground shipping the only method available for order?

Due to federal transportation and shipping regulations and shipping carrier policy, some items are restricted to ground methods for home delivery.

Some items due to their size, weight, dimensions, or special handling requirements are only available to be shipped via freight.

Addresses

Can I have my order shipped to a location outside of the United States?

Evuniverse.com ships only to locations within the 50 United States. Shipment outside of the United States is not offered.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my home address?

Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during the checkout process.

Can I have parts shipped to an APO or FPO address?

EV Universe Inc. does not currently offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses or to any of the U.S Territories.

Can I have parts delivered to a PO Box?

Currently, all shipping from Evuniverse.com cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes. A physical street address is required.

All delivery dates shown on the site are estimates; it is not possible to guarantee a delivery date. Generally, when an order is shipped via Standard Ground, your order will arrive in 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). The email you received confirming your shipment contains a link to tracking.

A fun, peppy bike!

What a zippy little bike! I was surprised by how peppy it felt. It's smaller but perfect for me as I'm a senior and looking to take rides around town. Folding the bike is incredibly easy. I've been up a couple steep hills and had the bike on level 3 assist and had to work some myself but I'll be darned, we got up the hill fine. I seem to average about 12-15 mph and the wind just rushes by your ears at that speed. Satisfied so far!

This product does as it says. Good build quality and doesn't block the upward tilt of the console too much either, like some other 3rd party charger replacements.However keep in mind each magsafe charger requires 1 USB, and if you're using a USB drive for Sentry mode on a Model [****] then you will not be able to use both chargers

Would have like it to fit closer to OEM rather than needing double side tape squares.

Great product. So happy it came with the USB-A/C Adapter but as it takes to ports for each pad you’re going to need a hub if you’re like me and don’t have a usb port in the glovebox and use one of the ports for sentry mode, then you need to buy a hub for this to work well.

So the product is great and seamless with the car, only issue I have with my 15 pro max is that taking a hard turn will shove the phone onto other charger. Wish it had the second magnet for official MagSafe cases to hold it
