GiroDisc 2012+ Tesla Model S, X rotores traseros ranurados

El sistema Girodisc es un reemplazo directo del disco OE. No son necesarias modificaciones. El disco se atornillará directamente al automóvil y funcionará perfectamente con las pinzas OE. Al actualizar los frenos con reemplazos livianos de alto rendimiento en lugar de un kit de frenos grande, se mantiene la tendencia de fábrica y la eficiencia del ABS.

La sección central del rotor está hecha de aluminio 6061-T6 con especificación aeronáutica estrictamente de origen estadounidense. El disco está hecho de hierro fundido patentado, vertido en los EE. UU. y mecanizado de principio a fin en las instalaciones de Girodisc. El rotor utiliza 48 paletas direccionales curvas, desarrolladas en carreras para actuar como una bomba centrífuga para forzar el aire de refrigeración a través del disco.

El rotor y el sombrero tienen un sistema de montaje flotante, que utiliza 8 o 10 pasadores de accionamiento de aleación de acero de alta resistencia, fabricados por Girodisc en los EE. UU. según sus propias especificaciones y chapados en cadmio para una resistencia duradera a la corrosión. Estos pasadores absorben la carga de las acciones de frenado mientras mantienen la flotación axial y radial entre el sombrero y el disco. Los pasadores están asegurados mediante tornillos de cabeza de grado 12 con arandelas endurecidas. Para evitar que los rotores hagan ruido cuando están fríos, los pasadores están montados con arandelas de resorte antiruido en el lado del rotor, lo que permite que el rotor crezca con la expansión del calor pero elimina el traqueteo y el ruido asociados con los rotores flotantes. Este flotador también permite que el rotor se autocentre entre las pastillas.

Una vez que el sistema Girodisc esté en su lugar, simplemente reemplace el rotor de hierro fundido cuando sea necesario.

Can I qualify for free shipping?

Why is ground shipping the only method available for order?

Due to federal transportation and shipping regulations and shipping carrier policy, some items are restricted to ground methods for home delivery.

Why is freight shipping the only method available for order?

Some items due to their size, weight, dimensions, or special handling requirements are only available to be shipped via freight.

Addresses

Can I have my order shipped to a location outside of the United States?

Evuniverse.com ships only to locations within the 50 United States. Shipment outside of the United States is not offered.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my home address?

Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during the checkout process.

Can I have parts shipped to an APO or FPO address?

EV Universe Inc. does not currently offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses or to any of the U.S Territories.

Can I have parts delivered to a PO Box?

Currently, all shipping from Evuniverse.com cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes. A physical street address is required.

When will I get my order?

All delivery dates shown on the site are estimates; it is not possible to guarantee a delivery date. Generally, when an order is shipped via Standard Ground, your order will arrive in 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). The email you received confirming your shipment contains a link to tracking.
