Grizzl-E Mini is the small, versatile, and portable Non-Telsa Electric Vehicle Charging Station built to go wherever you go. 

Measuring only 6.9” x 3.1” x 2.4”, Grizzl-E Mini is easy to transport to any location. With a sturdy NEMA 4X Aluminum Cast Enclosure, adaptable voltage for Level 2 or Level 1 Charging, and locally accessible smart features, the Grizzl-E Mini is the most versatile portable EV Charging station available.

Grizzl-E Mini provides a maximum 40A current output to provide 10kW to your vehicle. Mini can be adjusted from 7A to 40A, giving the flexibility to work with almost any circuit. Mini automatically measures input voltage to work as a Level 2 charger at 240V or a Level 1 Charger at 120V.

Grizzl-E Mini has locally accessible smart features to change settings, set charging schedules, track power usage, and much more. 

Note that Tesla owners will need an adapter to connect this J-1772 charger to their car.

What's in the box

When you order an EV charger from our shop, you can expect to receive everything you need to get started with your electric vehicle charging setup. Each charger comes with a standard set of components, including the charger unit itself, a charging cable, a wall mounting bracket, and additionally, some models may include additional accessories such as a cable holster or adapters.

    • You must provide the original purchase receipt for all returns.

    Guidelines for New Returns:

    • Ensure the item is in its original, unopened, and unused state.
    • The product should be in its original packaging with all materials.
    • We won't accept products that are installed, damaged, or altered.

    Important Notes:

    • Returns may attract a 20% restocking fee.
    • We won't accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
    • If you return an item not purchased from us, you’ll cover the shipping costs.

    RMA (Return Material Authorization) Process:

    • Contact support@evuniverse.com for an RMA and please include your account number, order number, contact details, and any other information that may be helpful.
    • We'll guide you through the return steps via email.

    Product-Specific Policies:

    • Batteries:
      • No returns after installation.
      • "Dry" batteries aren't returnable once opened or acid added.
    • Electronics:
      • Open or used electronics aren't eligible for returns.

    Refunds:

    • We'll process refunds to the original payment method after return approval.
    • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.

    Items Not Approved for Return:

    • You'll be responsible for the shipping costs for non-approved items.

    Warranty and Damaged Products:

    • Upon getting your order, please inspect it quickly. If there are defects, damages, or it's the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll assess the situation and ensure it is resolved properly.

    Order Cancellation:

    • Order cancellation is possible but not guaranteed.
    • If necessary, reach us immediately at support@evuniverse.com.

    EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

    General Policy:

    • Our primary approach is a no-exchange policy.
    • However, if there's an error in your purchase, we're here to assist.
    • Once an item is bought, it's generally not swappable for another.

    Exceptions to the Rule:

    1. Defective Product Received?
      • Reach out if the item isn't as expected or shows defects.
      • Potential exchange for a variant (e.g., another color or style) might be possible.
      • It should be the same product and price.
    2. Order Not Dispatched?
      • Adjustments are feasible if the order hasn't left our facility.
      • Once shipped, no changes can be made.
      • Before dispatch, we may switch to a different version of the same item at the same price.
