The front fender could stand to be a bit bigger, and I’d like to see an integrated tail/brake light, but otherwise, no complaints. I love the frame’s “lightning bolt” design and the no-muss solid wheels. Plus, it was genuinely fun to ride around the neighborhood and then watch people stare first at the cool design and then stare harder as I quickly ensconced the bike into the trunk of my tiny electric car.

We received two of these bikes as part of a temporary Winnebago promotion available to anyone that buys a Winnebago Adventure Wagon. They are a blast to ride. We live in a forest in the mountains so of course we ride off road with the stock tires. The ride is surprisingly stable, and with some pedaling, it can climb surprisingly steep, pine needle covered, no-trail hills on our private property. We haven’t folded them since assembly but it seems very simple. The price seems high, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Parts made in China, assembled in Paraguay. These are Blaupunkt in name only because a company bought the Blaupunkt name and puts it on stuff that they have made for them. However, these are tough little bikes.

I’ve been having so much fun and getting some exercise as well. Now, my daughters want one for their birthdays. If I had an RV or a boat this compact sturdy bike is a good choice.

A fun, peppy bike

I went to Bert's fully intending to buy another e-bike but when I discovered I couldn't get the bike in the back of my car, a sales person recommended this folding bike. I was somewhat skeptical but went out back and took a test ride. What a zippy little bike! I was surprised by how peppy it felt. It's smaller but perfect for me as I'm a senior and looking to take rides around town. Folding the bike is incredibly easy. Takes maybe 10-15 seconds to unfold it. It's 47 pounds so I can lift it. I've been up a couple steep hills and had the bike on level 3 assist and had to work some myself but I'll be darned, we got up the hill fine. This is my first e bike and I'm no expert but I'm really enjoying it. You feel bumps. It seems best suited for smooth roads or paths. The seat may be a little hard. I'm going to ride it a month or so and see about the seat comfort but I'm really happy so far. I seem to average about 12-15 mph and the wind just rushes by your ears at that speed. Satisfied so far! A fun, peppy bike. Has some get up and go! And I can cart it around in the back of my car, too! So it fits my life.

I bought one this week and have started to ride it. Nice ride, motor strong enough, solid build, sporty look. Arrive fresh at destination. Get the extended seat post if your inseam is 32" or more. Buy a rear light. How to carry lock?
