    Can I qualify for free shipping?

    You can qualify for free ground shipping on some orders depending on current offers or promotions. If an item does not qualify for free shipping, you will be notified at or before checkout. The following attributes may disqualify an item for free shipping eligibility:

    • Some shipments to Alaska or Hawaii

    Why is ground shipping the only method available for order?

    Due to federal transportation and shipping regulations and shipping carrier policy, some items are restricted to ground methods for home delivery.

    Why is freight shipping the only method available for order?

    Some items due to their size, weight, dimensions, or special handling requirements are only available to be shipped via freight.

    Addresses

    Can I have my order shipped to a location outside of the United States?

    Evuniverse.com ships only to locations within the 50 United States. Shipment outside of the United States is not offered.

    Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my home address?

    Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during the checkout process.

    Can I have parts shipped to an APO or FPO address?

    EV Universe Inc. does not currently offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses or to any of the U.S Territories.

    Can I have parts delivered to a PO Box?

    Currently, all shipping from Evuniverse.com cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes. A physical street address is required.

    Delivery Times

    When will I get my order?

    All delivery dates shown on the site are estimates; it is not possible to guarantee a delivery date. Generally, when an order is shipped via Standard Ground, your order will arrive in 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). The email you received confirming your shipment contains a link to tracking.

    Tracking A Package

    Can I see where my package is while it’s on the way?

    A link for package tracking may be included in the email confirming the shipment of your order.

    Will bundles or various product orders arrive at the same time?

    We strive to deliver products as fast as possible to you, therefore you may receive multiple packages at different times.

    Orders with various products, including bundles, may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

    We strive for a seamless shopping experience, and our return policy aims to make your transactions smooth and straightforward.

    Key Points:

    • You must provide the original purchase receipt for all returns.
    • Process your returns within 30 days of the order date.
    • Some products may have a restocking fee of up to 20%.
    • You are responsible for shipping costs on freight (oversized) product returns.

    Guidelines for New Returns:

    • Ensure the item is in its original, unopened, and unused state.
    • The product should be in its original packaging with all materials.
    • We won't accept products that are installed, damaged, or altered.

    Important Notes:

    • Returns may attract a 20% restocking fee.
    • We won't accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
    • If you return an item not purchased from us, you’ll cover the shipping costs.

    RMA (Return Material Authorization) Process:

    • Contact support@evuniverse.com for an RMA and please include your account number, order number, contact details, and any other information that may be helpful.
    • We'll guide you through the return steps via email.

    Product-Specific Policies:

    • Batteries:
      • No returns after installation.
      • "Dry" batteries aren't returnable once opened or acid added.
    • Electronics:
      • Open or used electronics aren't eligible for returns.

    Refunds:

    • We'll process refunds to the original payment method after return approval.
    • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.

    Items Not Approved for Return:

    • You'll be responsible for the shipping costs for non-approved items.

    Warranty and Damaged Products:

    • Upon getting your order, please inspect it quickly. If there are defects, damages, or it's the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll assess the situation and ensure it is resolved properly.

    Order Cancellation:

    • Order cancellation is possible but not guaranteed.
    • If necessary, reach us immediately at support@evuniverse.com.

    EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

    General Policy:

    • Our primary approach is a no-exchange policy.
    • However, if there's an error in your purchase, we're here to assist.
    • Once an item is bought, it's generally not swappable for another.

    Exceptions to the Rule:

    1. Defective Product Received?
      • Reach out if the item isn't as expected or shows defects.
      • Potential exchange for a variant (e.g., another color or style) might be possible.
      • It should be the same product and price.
    2. Order Not Dispatched?
      • Adjustments are feasible if the order hasn't left our facility.
      • Once shipped, no changes can be made.
      • Before dispatch, we may switch to a different version of the same item at the same price.
